Thanks for popping by! I’m the only kid of two chefs, so cooking became a quick hobby of mine. I was way too busy with grad school (hence the name) to ever think of creating a food blog, but now that I’m all wrapped up I’ve got more time on my hands. I was born and raised in Berkeley, attended college in San Francisco, and live in Oakland, so I’m lucky enough to have access to some of the best local produce and a wide range of local eats.
The blog features recipes for individual dishes and complete meals, tips on how to use leftovers (most of my cooking is usually a result of me looking at my fridge and pantry and asking, “how can I use all of this?”), and essential Bay Area eats.
