You guys, I take breakfast very seriously.
Like, I will wake up early to make sure I have enough time to eat a hearty breakfast. I had a small chunk of leftover steak from last night’s dinner, as well as a little chunk of bread from my garlic bread recipe. Throw some eggs and avocado in the mix, and you’ve got a quick and tasty steak and eggs breakfast.
One of the greatest perks of living in California? Avocados. They are especially good right now, and at the perfect ripeness to make avocado toast.
